ABOUT US
LaDell has her degree in Interior Design and is a Professional Member of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). She is also a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer and member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA).
LaDell has always been fascinated with creating beautiful spaces. LaDell enjoys residential design, kitchen and bath design, and loves doing both contemporary and traditional styles. LaDell's number one priority is giving quality personalized customer service and creating great designs that are unique to her clients lifestyle.
 Her design philosophy is to always design with the clients point of view in mind, by way of that, she incorporates her expertise in colorization, space planning and kitchen and bath design, thus satisfying her clients needs and wants, and making certain the final design is a true reflection of their dreams!

FEE STRUCTURE
We welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your specific design goals. Because we aim at various design areas, as well as incomes, our fee structures vary, and we will accommodate the individual needs of each client.
Flat Fee - We would identify and estimate a specific sum to cover all costs. One total fee applies to the complete range of services, from conceptual development through layouts, specifications and final installation.
Hourly fee - This is the most common. We charge $75.00 an hour based on the actual time spent on a project or specific service
Cost plus – The designer purchases materials, furnishings and services (e.g., carpentry, drapery workrooms, picture framing, etc.) at cost and sells to the client at the designer's cost plus a specified percentage agreed to by the client. The service charge is generally 35%, but varies per client.
Retainer - Most projects require a retainer. This is an amount of money paid by the client to the designer and applied to the billings throughout the project. If the retainer becomes empty, more funds must be applied. |
